HAITIAN SYNTH BLISS / ONLY ONE USEABLE COPY LEFT Lovely little surprise here, as this is not the type of record I would associate with this troubled Caribbean island. Requiem Pour Rodin is a monstrous synth track that quickly became one of my favourites in this genre. The other seven pieces are unknown to me, and I would love to learn more about them. Admittedly, this isn’t the cheapest project you’ll find here, but with only one acceptable copy left on the market, it’s hard to argue against the price. Maybe we can get a better price at the end of it, but for just over a tenner each, I reckon it is worth getting it now before the price potentially increases further.
